Just in the source, I can also say De Bruyne is one of the names. I had doubts about him because of his injury history in his last times at Manchester City. But he still made a good start at his new team.

I don't know most of the new signings in the Italian Serie A. I only know quite a few names like KDB, Akanji, Openda, Tsimikas, Bailey, Amrabat, Dzeko and Hujlund. KDB no doubt, is an exceptional player with a lot of experience, and if he's fit and injury-free, I'm sure he'll make a huge impact. However, I think 2 weeks is too short to know who the best signing is, becauseand some of them are yet to make their debutdebuts.
