The cases you talk about are different from what I said. I was talking about the network fees you pay when using non-custodial wallets, where there isn't a centralized system in place. In your example, you have a centralized casino that makes its own rules independent of the network standards. It's in their power to make the transactions cheap, free, or 10 times more expensive than they need to be. All you can do is respect the decisions they made because they are the custodians. To regain control of your money, you must pay what they ask you to.

TRC20 chain nowadays loses its advantage against ERC20 chain as you can see examples with USDT.

Tron is still more expensive than Ethereum but not as much as https://gasfeesnow.com/ shows. Tron recently slashed its network fees by 60% and this website doesn't seem to be up-to-date yet. Sending USDT now costs a little over $2 in TRX.
