Only buying ads will be charged fee, sell. Sell ads will not be charged any fee according to what I saw on the table.
Those that are not posting ads but just want to buy and sell will not be changed any fee. But those that that have the buying ads may let the price of dollar to slightly be higher just because of this so that the 0.275 to $0.3% fee will not affect thenthem but affect people that wants to buy coins using naira on the P2P is what I think. So, those that did not post ads but just want to buy may indirectly be affected.
