I didn't know Bitcoin needed someone to save it 
If quantum technology ever becomes a real threat not just a boogeyman, than everything related to finance will collapse as banks don't have quantum protections.
I am not saying it is bad to think in advance and have some protocol improvements, but we should not look Bitcoin only as one isolated asset.
