In my country side today is public holiday no work i will be doing more numbers of push up today as i have recorded some numbers already, let me say also if there is also an opportunity for you to visit the gym you can be going even if not frequently there are more equipments in the gym equipment to train different part of our body, for me i don't have any opportunity to go to the gym there is none of it any were close to me. I like push up exercise we don't need any tools or equipment before it can be get done, i added another 220 push up to my existing number.

Boss, Omo I wish I would have been close to you oh, I have have noticed that group push ups boast moral and you can achieve more push ups rather than when some one is doing it alone. When I started alone I was only achieving 50 to 70 pushups in a day but when I just some groups that was when I was able to do up to 100 push ups in a stretch. Well I think like I always say that consistency is the key to achieving anything great. Today the sun came out early and I was able to achieve my daily push of 100 in 10 sets.

Group workouts like that are truly motivating and empowering. The other day, I did an outdoor workout with friends, which involved a lot of pushing and pulling, and also included rope jumping.
I watched a documentary from back then that said group training causes men to release more testosterone.

Group work has always proven to be effective. You wouldn't want to be left behind, so you would push harder to meet up others even in a situation where you would have given up if you were all alone in that training section. It carries a different spirit filled with motivation. It's always effective and sometimes it's good we engage in it.
