Long story short, I managed to turn my 3338 bucks (free credits + my small depo) into 190 bucks—I got a lucky streak in slots lol. I was told they had a problem with coinpayments thus the delay. At the moment, I've only gotten 51 bucks in ETH as "the team is manually processing my withdrawal". Unsure why it's partial though. I'll update when more info comes.
