Gonna have to try some of that. I've been mixing in slow sets, elbows out, elbows back, and diamond hands, but have yet to mix in any fingertip reps.

Sure that is a work Weldon push-ups exercise he got in there and i believe that the cause of those explosive tricep is because he could be the gymming type person which might contributed his upper body, muscle and elbow extension of the pushing downward and upward is what really brought out the triceps.
