I believe that it's not a problem because majority of active members are used to such. I could remember a few months ago when those spammers are always spamming the forum with their post in every two minutes or so. The Mod do lock them and we see that board like this some times.

It's just that new topics worth discussing on B&H board hasn't been created that much and old topicthreads in the second page hasn't catch much attention, that's why you see the B&H board the way it is with locked topicsthreads and moved topicsthreads .

I don't think that there are ways to do that manually, the Mod would have done so. He is well experienced in the field.
