The effect of this thread on its consistent mates is too great that sometimes I begin to reflect back to my appearance before joining this thread and I ask myself, from where comes all the flesh and muscles I eventually developed. I now feel myself always, the stamina, the fitness and the fulfilment. This thread is beyond a bitcoin exercise, it's more like a health enhancement thread.

I was as lazy as anyone before joining this thread about 10 months ago but I can now boast of conquering such laziness after I decided to face my fears with the motivation from someone like @Jayjuangee and OgNasty who were already far gone in the number of daily streaks. After breaking that first 3 weeks of pain and soreness, I would say that pushup has become a part of me and I love the feeling.

Seven sets of 20 pushups spread through the day.

Well it is good that you have pushups as part of your daily routine.. and yeah getting above 300 days of pushups in your report is not a very large number of members - So far, ONLY like 10 of us have reported 300+ days of pushups.
