Strange! The same user is allowed to create accounts on the sister site of Betpanda which they have actually created for Japan. I'm wondering why they have created a new site for the people of Japan while Japan isn’t listed as the restricted country in Betpanda.io. Both sites have the same gambling license. The difference is only in the language of the websites.

Until now I have never had any issues logging in and playing from Japan, and I still don't. Also when I provided KYC I also uploaded my Japanese residence card. So even if Japan would be restricted on Betpanda, they don't enforce it. Making a new site for Japanese people makes it extra strange then, but I don't care anymore. All I am annoyed about is the empty promise of a bonus, haha. But it's not the first time betpanda as a site annoyed me. Have been confronted with empty promises and strange actions several times, so i don't use this site anymore since there are far superior sites to use imo.

You need to accept it, if their promised then failed to meet up with they promises after you followed every instructions make me want to doubt the casino going forward at least if their have promised you bonuse based on your region, they need to keep to the promise and provide you with the amount awarded in the promotion., this is the first time I am hearing that betpanda have a separate site for players in Japan, this means you guys must have large market for this casino over there.
