I do not know where he found the information, is he coming from the other part of this galaxy lol? How can he says that the bonus is not even depending on wagering while it is completely clear that it is written in the Help Center page as quoted below:

This information is updated over 3 months ago though but I believe Stake is still using this to calculate the weekly bonus. PnL stat which is not mentioned here can be additional thing unless Stake changed their formula in the pas several months. But what he says that the casino can decide how much the bonus as they wish without any criteria is non sense. If it is true as what he says, the VIP system should be removed Grin
