All the Premier League soccer fans admit that Mikel Arteta has a very good job in every season but sometimes makes a careless decision that makes Arsenal fail to get the title.
I also agree with your opinion if Arteta should be more committed to every decision and really consider every impact that can occur.
I remember a few seasons ago Arsenal almost got the title after having a thin score difference with Manchester City but instead lost in the match towards the end of the season.
It became a very sad match after giving great hope to fans but failed with only one defeat.
I think Arteta is fully responsible for every decision he makes and he is aware of that but the problem is he continues making that same mistakes every season, it always affect the progress of the team at the end of the season when it matters the most. He was coaching Arsenal when Alonso joined Bayer Leverkusen and did the impossible, snatching the title from Bayern Munich and up till now nothing new has come out from Arsenal and Arteta, some how is going to be his job on the line if nothing positive happens this season, who knows?
He made life a living hell for Pep Guardiola but getting to the end it happened again, wrong decision making, is best to check the squad and allow some of the players go because there are some players who hasn't improved right from when Klopp was managing Liverpool till this very moment but Arteta still stick to these guys, so many chances need to be done to make Arsenal a competitive club.
