It's true that recently I've been more active playing casinos/slots but my playing style is the same as usual the different one is I deposit with my own budget while previously I used the budget from sig campaign. 2 users from this forum confirmed that this bonus was triggered due to their gambling activity increase well, this could be a note.

Well, your experience is almost the same as mine but maybe there are other criteria that we don't know, some of my friends also did the same thing but there no bonus offer/VIP Ladder. I suspect VIP progress is also one of the reasons for example 40%-50% towards new VIP level.
