But everything changed yesterday. I asked the support if this "process" started, the support guy, said everything different "I've to ask for it & confirm it": ~
You are having a wrong assumption, the support didn't say that they have started the recovery process. The support had only confirmed that they have followed your complaint and discussed with the payment provider to know what they can do for you. You made a mistake here. So, you have to show some patience here.
