I don't consider Guardiola leaving Manchester city as the best option or remedy to the team problem and if Manchester city should sack Guardiola and get a new coach I think or feel the situation will be worst for now and it will take the new coach time to fix up the team. Just like what is happening in Manchester united now, they believe Eric Ten Hag was the problem but since he left Manchester united has been in the dark, nothing good to speak about them no impact, no change, same pattern of play all the time I hope Amorim will do something better this season.

The first issue is who will Manchester City appoint as their new coach after sacking Guardiola? Who is the replacement for Guardiola? Will City find a more experienced coach than Guardiola? So sacking Guardiola will definitely not be a good decision for Manchester City. Guardiola is one of the best coaches of the present time. So Guardiola should be given more time. City's overall performance is quite weak and it is visible. Guardiola needs to find the reason for this. Manchester City should trust Guardiola. He is the only one who can bring City back to their strong form.
If Manchester City can find the perfect coach to replace Pep Guardiola, it wouldn't be a bad thing, considering his plan to retire after this season. Who knows if that's the reason things haven't been working out for him since last season? I still believe in his perfection as a coach, but we shouldn't say he's the only one who can bring Manchester City back to their strong form. Looking at Cesc Fabregas and Roberto De Zerbi, the current Marseille coach, I believe these two coaches are excellent and could manage Manchester City squad well. I know they might not reach Guardiola standard, but they could still do a great job.

Although I don't think Manchester City current issues justify sacking Pep Guardiola, because they're minor and can be fixed over time, the real problem lies with their wingers, who lack the quality to help the team compete effectively in the Premier League and Champions League. If they could sign someone like Rodrygo, it would be a great move. And they also need a suitable replacement for Kevin De Bruyne. If these positions are filled with top-class players, I'm sure Manchester City can easily regain their form.
