It turns out he's a 53-year-old Danish coach with experience as the Danish national team coach from 2020 to 2024. As for club management, he's mostly been with Superliga clubs.

With his experience coaching national teams, he should be quite promising, but let's see how Leverkusen develops. He's implemented a 3-4-1-2 tactic, which is quite suitable for Leverkusen.
