Today rain 🌧️ poured down heavily, needed to warm up my body system and thank God for the pushups thread , I was able to do my morning routine sixty pushups in three sets am all warmed up , I just need a hot cup of tea to complete ✅ this morning package and am set to go for work.

Same here and I was jogging when it started pouring heavily (hate it when is raining) had to cancel it and finish it up with the push up. Tried my to avoid being cold and the push up didn't make me feel hot like I wanted and what you are going for is the best, a cup of tea...although I'm not a fan of tea when the weather is cold.

My legs are feeling pretty tired today. I want to go jogging, maybe stretch my legs, and then go out because the weather is nice.
I did push-ups earlier today and completed 100 reps. If I feel better, I might go jogging later this evening.
