Hi, you misunderstood I think. I asked for a cashout before match starts but wasn't possible so I said is okay so I did not recommend cuz on top casinos you can do this. Also today I shared my last experience with them.

Asking cashout while this feature is not available even if the bet is not started yet is not support mistake. You are the one who placed bet while cashout sometimes not available on some matches so you should just hedge your bet in able to recover your bet your minimal loss instead of waiting the support to process it until the match started.

It’s not right to blame the casino on your mistakes together with all your concerns here. I have bad experience too on this casino in regards with their bonus but it’s unfair to accuse them for your own mistake.

Hi, sharing a feedback after trying it, doesn't mean blame the casino. I just not recommend and shared the reasons, it ain't blame at all, people can register & play here I don't care  Smiley.
Everyone have the right to write about their experience on whatever casino and for whatever reason, it could be positive or negative feedbacks depending and for that we have alot of references to make in the future.


But sometimes we need to make the right statement and accept our own mistakes just like in a case of asking for cash out without checking the availability of that balance.

Recently I decided to give another try to this casino, so I did a USDT depo on ERC20 but I sended ETH instead USDT (it seems they not like usuall to be same address if it's same network like on most of casinos, by the way I assume that), so I spoke to the support and he said I will pay 10% fee and I will get them within 60 days:

I was okay with that so this process was suppose to be started, then I went to do another two depo of ETH to have some play.

But everything changed yesterday. I asked the support if this "process" started, the support guy, said everything different "I've to ask for it & confirm it":

Seems a bunch of incompetent people that try to run a casino, in conclusion it doesn't worth depo a penny in here (in my opinion).
