Having a small garden could help. You could grow some vegetables and some fruits that are regularly eaten in your household and the society. That way, you could have a good quantity of fruits and vegetables and some to sell if you'd be willing to make some little money on the side.
Or one could simply get another job. The hours can be exhausting working two jobs but perhaps it may be necessary to incur a second job to withstand the brute force of inflation.
You are right about the garden thing and how it can be very helpful if people can grow vegetables and fruits in their own small gardens, but the thing about this is that most people live in apartments and not in homes or houses, so they barely have any place where they can do gardening. If someone has a rooftop, that's another thing because they can still do something and create a small garden up there, but that's also a rarity because only one person can have a rooftop in a building, the one who owns the portion below that. So, even though it's a good option, it's not available for a lot of people.

The second suggestion is probably the only thing that anyone can do or have, because no matter where you live, what you do, you can always strive to another source of income that will help you fight back against the rising inflation, and you might even be able to save some money, but then again, people also can't find more than one sources of income easily, because it mostly requires a lot of time and sometimes money as well.
