But personally, I believe that stake will continue to operate in India for a very long time from now so far the government of your country doesn't wake up one morning to abruptly ban offshore casinos from operating in your country, and if it's about licensing, so far stake have a very strong customer base in India, I believe they will work towards securing all the necessary licenses required to keep and maintain their presence in India...
But on the other hand, if any thing happens that will result to the casino terminating their operations in India, rest assured they announce this on time and give all their Indian users enough time to take their money out of the casino.

Indeed it's a huge market for them but the new law is something that prohibits the online gambling completely irrespective or regulated or not and it is a work in progress to see what are the exclusions in it but until now they are prohibited and every casino operated in India are forced to shut down too.
