It's like they won't want to work and yet gambling isn't helping either, I guess this effect happened because they have tasted how it feel like to win some money through gambling so they shut every other doors.

If we can stop being lazy and decide to work, gambling isn't going to control us because then we have our own money and now gambling is just as an addition or for pleasure so we don't get bored.
That is why many gamblers who at the beginning of their gambling path experienced easy big wins, they already completely change their attitude to money. And they are no longer interested in going to hard work. After all, they see that they can get a large sum of money in just a few seconds.
And at this time they experience what is called a complete devaluation of money. After all, they are used to the fact that money is more often numbers on a screen.
