Fabrizio posted on his social media handles that Nottingham and Espirito has parted ways. I was expecting this news after Espirito granted an interview stating that his relationship with the club has broken down. I didn't know that it broke irreparably. Espirito has done well with Forest and he still had a beautiful start this season. I know for sure he wasn't sacked based on poor performance.

Isn't it sad how things have parted between themselves?! Will there be anybody good enough to do what he's done for them? Nuno Espirito was amazing, I see the relationship he had with the club director and sporting director lead to this happening. I wish him all tye best. He was never the first manager I thought would be shown the exit. Ange Postecoglou has been appointed anyways!

The way team managements handle issues this days in football is very poor, there have been various cases of breakdown in relationships between managers and boards or owners of clubs. Sometimes it’s like they don’t have the interest of the club at heart, decisions should be made to further improve on the development of the team not the ones to set them back. Nuno Espirito was building something with this Nottingham Forest side now that project is over and the league is on, a new manger coming in with a new strategy will only set the players back and their performance might drop. Appointing Ange Postecoglou who almost relegated Tottenham last season that’s a huge low for them. But anyway he won the Europa let’s see how it turns out for them.
