Hoeneß: We need to buy Jackson if he starts 40 games, which can't be achieved

This is another statement I don't understand, if Bayern Munich  feel like making Jackson's deal permanent why not do so instead of coming up with this statement. Bayern Munich Chief Hoeneß knows it won't be possible for Jackson to start up to that number of games this season when they already have a balanced team and a better striker, so how can it be? Jackson can't even start up to 25 games this season even if he shows too much improvement than what we saw him display at Chelsea I still don't see Bayern Munich giving Jackson a chance.

They might take back there word against him when Jackson must have done differently than how they thought about him, perhaps his Chelsea striking attitude was why this statement came to be because Jackson did not no that this will be use against him in the future however considering the setback a low self-esteem can do using that statement should have been on a hold till his stay on the club gone far but however if only Jackson could do something about this because this is like a challenge that he doesn't have capability to stay a longer time in the club so his performance now can wipe the feeling about him.
