Ignore those brand new accounts that are acting as if there's no actual issue with their accounts and their activities with the service. Casinos won't flag a user if there's no actual issue. Plus it encourages trolling and FUD. They could post in Scam Accusations if they truly want to fix an issue.

I'm not talking only about Shuffle, I'm talking about OTHER casino services as well. If those brand new accounts won't act objectively, then welcome them in our ignore lists.

Simple. Cool

If the accusation comes with no single proof, it is fine to ignore it but if it comes with some proofs, a casino should not ignore it although the casino is not doing something wrong.

In the context of what I have posted, I said if the brand new account doesn't act objectively, then put him/her in your ignore list. Especially those sort of people who make accusations and pretend that they don't know that there was already an issue with their accounts.

  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There's are constructive ways to fix the issue.

That's how casino should do to show their professionalism in dealing with complaints, accusations, or something similar.
Ignoring accusation while it comes with some proof is not a good choice to do, so I hope in this case shuffle will come to answer the accusation.

?

I'm notNOT saying that the casino should ignore users that need some assistance or users that have actual complaints. I'm saying that WE forum PLEBS should ignore those brand new accounts who are NOT acting objectively.
