Given what he has achieved with Nottingham Forest last season, this is a surprising a decision by the club. But you can see that even Nottingham Forest recalibrates their goals once they played a great season. There must have been something going on behind the scenes and in addition to that, they will justify it with only 4 points out of three games, which is ridiculous because two years ago nobody would have ever believed Nottingham Forest would be playing for UEFA qualifiers as they finished 17th...
