Of course, old players who have been banned from gambling legally will look for opportunities to continue playing. But the fact that the number of new players will be minimal is an indisputable fact. So in any case, the number of players will be less than before the ban on gambling.

Government banning casino they know some gamblers will still look for a way to keep on gambling but what they are interested about is to reduce the rate of gambling because they know it will reduce the rate of beginners. But for me gambling is a game which the government is supposed to understand because some beginners will still look for a way to get into gambling. Since the government can't completely control gambling their is no need to ban it, it would have been better to regulate gambling in the small way that they can.

There are different tools we can use to stay in form as gamblers even in a region where gambling is not acceptable legally. There is nothing we can do about this since we all want to make money while we engage in other activities. Sometimes the government keeps making us go extra miles to get what we want from gambling and many of us would never mind even though it will require us to pay for services that will prevent our IP addresses from being leaked to either the casino we are using or to the public.
The government is also losing money indirectly from taxes especially on casinos that are providing the services for us to use.

Yep, there are many ways to regulate gambling platforms and banning could really become a bad idea. Imagine, missing those taxes that should've become other funds of the government but I just really want it to make more regulated than normal. I don't want other people suffer more in gambling, people should be educated and there are certain requirements before they become eligible to gamble. It's the government's responsibility too to handle the situation internal and external so if they're thinking about the taxes, they should think about the people too.
