I would advise that you get more fruits and drink more water. Sometimes you have to ensure you eat more protein meals and take a good rest. Sometimes it's the muscle expansion process that causes the weakness after regular exercise period especially the pushups exercise. Take more fruits, eat good protein meals and drink enough water and take a good rest. You will feel refreshed in 3 days of taking serious care of yourself with fruit, protein meals and good rest. Pushups deserve every effort you give it since it enhance food health and normalises the homeostatic condition too.

Thanks for your advice, I actually know what I'm talking about.
Some people say eating jelly beans after a workout is good, but fruit is best, of course. Your advice reminded me to increase my water intake and include the necessary simple sugars in my diet.
I sometimes drink small amounts of water throughout the day, but I need to be more careful because my workout routine is really intense.
Today was two-part: I did my handstand routine and push-ups in the morning, and then I completed my 8km run in the evening.
