It all starts with a small wager and until the accumulated losses become big. That's when a returning gambler will also become addicted again. The success of quitting will be wasted if that gambler can't help himself but to gamble again. And that's the reason why he's not going to recover anymore, because his mind is already stuck in gambling again.
