I cant really understand his point, is it related to slow VIP transfer process or slow withdrawal process? I did both and they served me fast, VIP transfer done in less than an hour after I contacted the VIP host. About withdrawal, I made 5 withdrawals so far and all were instantly processed although all of them were small withdrawal only, just a matter of few hundreds of dollar. My question to dustov00: have you contacted the VIP host or have you been informed by winna which VIP host you need to contact in order to process the VIP transfer?
