both can be harmful, but in different ways, dude.. Doomscrolling exacerbates anxiety, extreme sadness, and disrupts sleep. Social feeds, on the other hand, are like gambling, they hack the reward & dopamine system, leading to repetitive and uncontrollable episodes. But gambling is even more serious because it can quickly destroy your livelihood and is known as an addiction, with a higher risk of suicide. So for me, bro, it is more serious on an individual level. But both have the same solution, set clear boundaries or stoppages, take time to rest, and seek help/self-exclusion or therapy if you feel it is getting too much.

I think that our generation has already become so accustomed to various things that did not exist before that there is a need to control various things in life, including those that cause rapid dopamine. Honestly, it seems to me that very few people think about the fact that they need to limit themselves in the time spent gambling or on social networks. I am trying to improve these indicators so as not to exceed them, because the quality of my life, as well as the integrity of my deposit, depend on it. If I start to exceed the playing time, then I can simply lose my deposit faster because I will no longer control myself.
