I got my contact to look into to your case. They told me that they've sent you a link for re-KYC by 29th August and you opened the link but didn't upload any document. Can you please confirm and, if you did, help us understand why you didn't follow up with the re-KYC?
Thank you for this information. I have checked my email and found the message from August 29th. It is indeed marked as "read," but I honestly don't remember opening it or going through the process. It's possible I opened it by mistake without paying attention to the content.
Could you please find out if it is possible for them to resend the message, or if I can use the same link I already have to upload the documents?
Hmm... I'll try to reach them about this and whether or not it is possible to resend another re-KYC link if the previous one has expiracy date. I'll have to personally say that it'll be a close call, due to the nature of the case, and that you've opened the link but didn't get through the end of the re-KYC process. But let's cross our fingers as my contacts do have their ways to amaze me sometimes.
