AFAIK, Exodus had Changelly as a third party service to handle coin swaps. I don't know why Exodus switched to N.Exchange.
Changelly had very good customer reviews and I've used them in the past to swap BTC for altcoins without any issues.
Anyway, this built in coin swap feature inside Exodus looks kinda sketchy, the fees are high and the third party coin swap providers require KYC. You should swap coins only in decentralized non-KYC platforms. You could check them on kycnot.me(if I remember the domain name correctly). I wish you good luck with this and I hope that you will get your coins from N.exchange.
