For the first time, you provide a useful update to a case. That said, OP still has not received their funds and nothing has been resolved, any reason why? Even though i don't believe anything you say, i'd be glad you prove me wrong and at least help resolve one case out of the many against the scam service you work for.

Changelly is not any better, they also do not have a very good reputation here. I don't know why Exodus is working with selective scammers and services that force people to do KYC. Safe to say people should stop using Exodus or at least stop using their swap feature, it is definitely a scam.
