Snip.
The Nigerian league use to have Enyimba in those days as one of the capable teams who always contend for the league and continental championships every season but things have changed. ...

I just wish any channel can start televising the Nigerian league, it will gain more support and recognition globally. For now, let's keep hoping things get better.
It all narrows down to big long lasting sponsorships as a panacea to any club's build-up to remaining consistently in form in any league. A lack of strong financial support can't retain and attract more good players to the team and this has to affect the performance of the team over time. Precisely what Eyimba of Aba is currently facing in the NPFL where they were once championing the league home and abroad.

In the area of live televising of matches I particularly blame it on the government, a lot of these teams in the NPFL are owned and financed by the government, how is it that the government couldn't afford making their games to be televised live then the private sector can come in from there.
