I was laughing at the "Best Crypto Casino" title until I got a close-up look at their "responsible gambling" policies. Turns out they don't work.

After my account was closed for self-exclusion, their system allowed me to reopen and play again, even on the same device. I lost $3,240 USD because their so-called safety measures failed completely.

If a casino can't even protect a player who asks for help, how can it call itself the best?

Just a heads-up to other players: be careful. You can read the full story of their negligence in my thread here:

I think this isn’t really Razed’s fault but more about your gambling addiction. That said, since you already requested self-exclusion, Razed should have detected it and blocked you from playing again.
But let’s be honest if you had won instead of losing, would you still be here complaining? Probably not. That’s why your accusation feels bit one sided.

It also seems like you might be trying to exploit the situation. Since Rollbit refunded you in a similar case, maybe you thought the same approach would work with Razed.com.

Consider this post heads up also to Razed.com lol

Oh this case? here. Yeah, I do agree, it could be that he is thinking that he might have his way again against Razed.

He has the precedent already, and so everyone can judge it, without playing devil's advocate here.

And if I'm not mistaken, not the first case that someone has into the self-inclusion program and then was able to play in that casino.
