Hmm, another one.
The email u got from betpanda is 1:1 the same as here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5558640.msg65789913#msg65789913 , just the date is different by 1 day. You are not connected right?

It's interesting they use the exact same wording and everything to reply to customers that have an issue. Looks a bit alarming if you ask me and doesnt sound very custom made. Since every case is different, so should be the reply in my opinion.
The other complaint was about sports so panda can blame betby for the trouble, this one seems to be after wining in the casino though, which is a whole different story. Also, since it's a casino complaint you can open a complaint at askgamblers and/or casinoguru.

Nope, and it's not 1:1, only the beginning is same. It could even be argued with sportsbook that the player has bet on a fixed match, but I wonder what excuse they'll come up for a slot game.
