If a person can't even control themselves, how can they expect it is other's duties to do so better than they can themselves?

Possibly there are laws being broken or legally binding agreements being sidestepped by doing this, i mean, you'd imagine so, otherwise whats the point.? You could report it to the regulatory body in the applicable region, or in some other form, start legal proceedings.

Every casino calls themselves the best. Presumably because it is legal to do so. I remember there was a beer brand that had to change their slogan to "probably the best beer in the world" because of legal reasons. Red bull also had to stop saying "redbull gives you wings" in several regions, allegedly due to accidental deaths directly relating to the slogan, but in all the years since ive heard this, i havent bothered checking that statement's authenticity. I digress, if its legal and in any way beneficial, it will be done, by any company in any sector.
