Collective betting can increase the staking amount but there are some dark sides to collective betting like confusion in making decisions, not everyone in the group may agree to bet or how it should go, when they should cash out or quit. Collective betting can also be a seed for disunity between friends as one or more persons from the group can be blamed if it doesn’t go right.

For me collective betting should just be for fun and get together and no matter the outcome it should not be taking too deep.

There's no way I'll accept a collective betting. At first it might look fun and exciting but once money gets involved, things can turn different.
If there's a win, everyone is happy but when there is a lose, it may bring arguments that can even lead to fighting. Even if I find myself in a position to accept one, there has to be a clear and strong agreement before putting my money along the line.

You are absolutely correct, things like this can cause a serious problem especially if your friends are the type that like argument and cheating or you contributed to people that are not your main friend, there will surely be a problem whether loss or win. If anyone would want to do this kind of thing I will advise they don't try it with people that smoke or drink or cultist because these kind of people can be very hostile but on the other hand if you contribute to people that is very soft and cool ( your real guys) then there will be little or no issue because you guys understands each other very well but I still believe personal betting is the best.
