Frankly, I hope he serves the best penalty for taking a life he never gave, despite the contradicting political opinions he didn't deserve to be killed, from what i watched about Kirk, he never threatened anybody during those political discussions to believe only in his own policy.

I feel sad for the family, the only way the family can seek comfort is knowing that the killer is facing the right punishment but it still won't bring back the deceased.

There is no country that will not make him face the law for killing someone because he doesn't agree with the person's opinion he's just a young guy of 22 years who still has a lot of time to make his own opinion count and his voice heard just like the person he killed but taking such actions only shows that he's a coward and an extremist.

Kirk has been saying a lot of things based on what he thinks is the best for him and what he believes I do not agree with everything I have watched him say but I have always seen it as his own opinion, there was no point to have made those calculated plans to kill him if it was not about hate and anger, the investigation is still on going and until he is confirmed to be the killer and his punishment be given to him, the families of Kirk will not be happy because it's a big loss for them.
