LoyceV has answered that. I think theymos started with the new merit sourcesources with 50 smerits I think but some were given higher like 80 to 100 merits. Most old membersnew sources were given little smerits before but later theymos gradually increased it. All these guesses come from from the merit sources that I have tracked in the past.
