I’m curious if others here have gone through the same cycle, from price obsession to simply viewing Bitcoin as part of the background of life.
You are not alone, I think most newbies had the same experience.  In my early days, I would also check my wallet to see the price movements. My heart would skip when the price dropped drastically, and it would affect my mood. Anger and regret will become the order of the day. But a rise will make me happy and fulfilled. I also suspected that reading from some sources that promote fud contributed to my attitude.

As my understanding of the crypto industry kept growing, I now knew that long-term hodlers don't always need to always check chats or prices.  You just have a plan, set targets, and relax. Traders might have to consistently monitor prices but it's not necessary for someone who is keeping his coins for a long time.
