From what you asked the federal government can't influence his decision which is Governor SIM he only had a misunderstanding between him and the formal Governor Wike since they have been able to resolve peacefully and the way it is now e go just be like boy and oga stuff na from Wike the formal Governor and the present minister of FCT that he will be taking instructions from and not from the President.
