Well, I can elaborate on my interpretation but that doesn't mean it's the right one.

 I assumed that #meet_me_at_the_RPT was a riff on the song APT(아파트) by Rosé and Bruno Mars and RPT was the abbreviation for "Rusty Pipe Treatment"
APT in Korean 아파트 is pronounce a-pa-teu (it just means apartment but it's like the English abbreviation for apartment also)
So, I modified that to be 라파트 (ra-pa-teu) for the abbreviation RPT and modified some of the lyrics slightly from "red hearts" to "red pipes"
To be honest, that "R" sound isn't exactly like the English "R", it's more a subtle "R" which would likely be confused for an English "L"
