It is literally the most equality suggesting thing ever. We all have the same rights, and there are no regulations that keep the poor people poor, and rich people richer. So we all get the same thing, we all can buy at the same price, nobody helps us out, and it's just us.
With real life, we have seen for example in 2008 where people lost their homes, but banks still survived thanks to government help, did you see government help its own people to keep their homes? No, those banks got government handout and survived AND still seized all those houses, unfairly. So there is nothing like that in crypto and we are all getting the right way to approach this, it's nothing important and we shouldn't really see this as a negative thing, bitcoin is equality maker.
Excellent points and indeed while there was never a case set out to directly state Bitcoin
was going to create equality
but- by its nature and what it offers
-, equality has become a feature
by default.
Everyone regardless of class or wealth has the same access to Bitcoin. The emphasis shouldnt be on what they have compared to me, it should be on the
features Bitcoin offers compared to a FIAT system.
Those who acquired bitcoin in early days got larger share in less price. Later when there are very less bitcoins left to be mined and prices are astronomically high, it will be hard to acquire even fractions of bitcoins. Where is equality concept associated with bitcoin then ?
What equality concept, the only concept i know of is decentralization, censorship resistance, no third party control, freedom, etc. There is no concept that we all have to hold the same amount of BTC, this is not a communist community. Those who bought in the early days and held it for a long time were rewarded for believing in a network that only very few people believed in. If you don't buy now, you will still be moaning about people who bought BTC today making returns from it in the future.
Correct - if it wasnt for those early adopters and their faith in Bitcoin and their diamond
hands there could have been a chance Bitcoin would have faded away from lack of interest.
