It's not impossible to do 500 pushups in a day as someone here we all know @Jayjuangee, have done over 1000 pushups in a day before. It's a matter of time, consistency and decision.

Most times our daily activities meddle with our side inclinations and tend to keep us away from what we love doing. The good thing is that you still manage to engage in the exercise to avoid landing on the bench and developing a level of laziness too. You can multitask always, but don't get yourself stretched beyond your threshold.

3 days report for the Saturday. I engaged in several physical fitness exercises today, had some gymnastics with the initial jogging period.
