Neutral for now is enough imho, as I don't see they shared merit. But I wouldn't be surprised if someone gives them red tag.
Even a red tag may be appropriate, but I was hesitant to give a red tag and I decided to ask others opinion about it.
I finally givegave them a neutral tag.


but I would like to say(just to be fair) that in some communities, especially in 3rd world countries, it is possible that these folks are related in some way and helping each other out. Whether it be family, lovers, cousins, roommates, or whatever.
Even if the accounts are owned by two different people, I still believe that's a cheat.
I can't believe that Cryptohunterkill created a topic, CamilaStar saw the topic once it was posted and posted a reply within 3 minutes.

That didn't happen only once. It can happen only if they have planned it beforehand.
