Yeah, doesn't work on mobile phone, if you hold down on that padlock icon as suggested by Nwada001 in earlier comment, browser shows option to download image.

But let's ideally assume it was locked, it could be as cause of avoiding spamming which Op or the moderator has to take sanction actions towards it but I see how clean the thread is currently going.
