Yes it's probably a scammer. He is also note on telegram as Invite-shop and has another site invite-shop dot us.
On t0rrentinvites copied site is well know a Traderas TheTrader. He has the same accounts on X(twitter)
Other nicks are Ethan and TheSeller.
