Hayes is actually good one but they're not giving him the longer playing time that they need. But if it's given to him, sometimes he's inconsistent and that's why the time that should be for him was changed and didn't went for him. Ayton has got some numbers and he also scores, so having big man like that is what they really need. IMO, they can get all the big men that they need and still underperform if there's no chemistry to the players that are playing altogether inside the court. That's what they are probably practicing right now, to have the right chemistry.

Ayton was the number one pick. I remember them saying g he was the next Hakeem… He definitely has some skills and I think if he is put in a situation like Los Angeles it could motivate him to get to the next level. That or he will crash in spectacular fashion and this will be a quick stay in LA for him. We’ll see soon.

I guess that they have conditioning training for him and he's the one that will be dependable on their offensive and defensive rebounds. He's also a scorer so that's a good role that he's playing for the team. It will be his confidence that shall make him play better and as he's traded to them. It only means that he's valued by the team and many players do want to go to the Lakers because of its fan base, this could be his time in getting known more often.
