In the past, I used to feel guilty about sleeping the whole weekend away, wasting an entire day. But now, I don't feel that way anymore. Having a good night's sleep is one of the best things in the world
Sleep is good for brain but not more than 6-8 hours you are supposed to enjoy the day and learn more every day so you can be better than yesterday
on my day off I like to read books or tutorials so I can learn new things I don't like to lay down on bed all day long
